I wish I could remember the name of the sales person who helped us, but he helped us find a bike that my 12 year old son liked, in the price range we wanted to spend. Then I brought back his old bike in to be serviced and get new tires before handing down to his younger brother. That only took them about 30 minutes and they gave me a quote beforehand so there were no surprises on the bill."
