"I normally like shopping here but today the manager on duty treated me like I was a thief. An employee followed me around the store the entire time I was shopping. When I went to check out that same employee (who turns out was a manager) tells the cashier helping me to move so he can ring me up. He then proceeded to go through both shoe boxes I had several times looking for god knows what before finally checking me out. I left with my shoes feeling like I had done something wrong when I was just shopping. Do better I won’t be coming back."

"If I could give 0 I would. From the customer service being a barely no and receipt to the whole store saying bogo and sales and you get to check out and they are double the prices. When you ask is the buy one get one sign on every shoe is for same brands or just the value and she says “oh we aren’t doing that anymore”. Went this specific location due to their website showing a certain shoe in stock to get there and their shelves be bare. I will NEVER buy from shoe carnival again."

"Good location. The staff are friendly. Found some really good deals for my kids. I didn’t love that there was a sale advertising buy one, get one on boots, but when you get to the store, there are very few actual boots that qualify for the sale."

"Great service, soon as I walked in I was Greeted by Is one of their representative daisy and stated if we need anything just to ask and informed us of the sales they have. Check out was super quick I will be returning soon."

"I will never shop here again! When I walked in there were two employees standing near the door and neither one said a word when I walked in. I came in specifically for boots and they were near the front door. As I was trying on shoes, multiple people walked in after me and the employees greeted them and were so nice. I kept my cool and continued shopping. I looked up and one of them was watching me like a hawk as if I was going to steal something. I still didn’t say anything and walked away. When I turned the corner to go in the next aisle there was another one just staring. The ONLY reason I made a purchase is because I’m in a pinch and don’t feel like going to another store and they were on sale. When I got to the register it was so quiet I could hear a pin drop. I’ll never spend my black dollars here again!"
