"$9 for a pair of plain white shoe laces. A bit extreme I think."
"Terrible customer service. Asked if they carried Hoka shoes and was told that location did not. Found some ASICS shoes, and asked if they had size 6.5 or 7. One guy looked at his phone and said yes to 6.5. Other guy pointed in a direction and said they’re on the floor. He came back with no shoes! I said so you’re saying they’re on the floor and you couldn’t find them. Needless to say I won’t be back!"
"Amazing shop, the whole store is huge! Plenty of items and sport to choose from, and high-end quality. They also offer a few cheaper options and some sales sections. Shame that after 8pm the mall side of the store door closes down, so you can only access the shop from the "outside". The escalator was also turned off when we were in the store after 8pm, which was a bit of a downer when you have walking issues. Other than that, the staff is very helpful and friendly."
"I have gone to this location a handful of times and always get exceptional service, but this morning it was fantastic.. The cashier Lexi greeted me with a smile and sent London to help me find what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. When I was ready to check out Lexi checked me out and noticed I switch what I was looking for which let's me know she was actually paying attention to details. This day is VERY hard to get great customer service but these two ladies let me know it's still out there."
"We upgraded our kayak and couldn't be happier with there service they carried it down even loaded the car. We looked at several places even used ones and this was an amazing kayak for the price. We priced out some other accessories at another sports store and we were surprised Dick's was better priced. We will totally be back"
