"WARNING! USE YOUR PHONES LIGHT AND INSPECT ANY WHITE SHOES. They almost all have stains on them. Just don't want anyone else to buy stained shoes like I did. Nice people though and allowed me the return. But honestly it's everyone else's fault you customers are so terrible to products that yall aren't buying. I wish they could watch you and charge you if you were the one to put the smallest of stains on a shoe. People are garbage in general but everyone here was very very nice Thank yall for the help"
"I had a great experience here. Excellent customer service. I was tempted to not go in because the location in Arlington has a track record of poor service, but I thought I would give this one a try. After searching for a pair of shoes to no avail, a female employee came, and spent time helping me find them. When they were not in stock in my size, she then made sure I got them on order. Thank you for Changing my mind about your company. It is apparently just the Arlington location that is poor."
