Not everyone has the time to return something that was damaged within 60 days. You’re supposed to take care of the customer, I was only trying to spend more money which is the funny part. "It was super busy but they do have a lot of product and plenty of cashiers on a Saturday. But it was a big wreck. I've literally never seen it in such bad shape. There were piles of stuff everywhere and some areas were practically "unshoppable". It looked more along the lines of how it looks when you go to Ross. I rarely go to the store so I don't know if this is a one-time thing or it's been like this for a while. But I knew that they carried something I needed and they had plenty of it. So other than the fact it was a total disaster, I got what I needed and I got through the line very quickly. It may also be a change in clientele."
