The sales lady greeted us with a "Can I help you?" In a condescending tone. Further adding to my doubt we were in the right place. I told her what we were looking for and asked of they sold insoles. She clapped back in a flippant tone, "Well, we sell insoles that go inside our shoes." (That's why we were there) Her attitude was snide and rude. I told her, "I think we are in the wrong place". The customer service is non existent. Recognizing her error she attempted to redeem herself. We listened patiently and then excuse ourselves as it just wasn't going to work out she blew it already."
