"Dropped in to check out bikes in stock. Friendly, fun and knowledgeable folks in a laid back environment. Grabbed an All City Gorilla Monsoon Apex on a deal too good to pass up. There's one left, better hurry. Enjoyed watching Nico (Nikko?) set it up. Was a pleasure meeting him and Clarence. Def going back for anything bike related."
"Great place to purchase and service a bike, any bike. Friendly staff and great prices. Clarence and Gary are top notch. They do a great job running heir store."
"Clarence and Gary are righteous dudes and top notch. I have been a customer of theirs for years and years. They just take care of folks. Period. A few years back when I purchased a custom Moots, the factory missed their build date and Clarence loaned me a titanium bike to ride till mine came in. I liked that bike so much, I ended up buying it too… Just got done buying another couple of Yeti’s from them and they are awesome, as expected. I didn’t think my wife would enjoy a mountain bike after years being on-road only. But they let her try it out in the field next to the shop and she loved it. They bend over backwards to take care of their customers. Shop here and you won’t be disappointed!"
"These guys are awesome! I had a tire tread let loose on this first day of the MS-150 and was stranded in Grapevine without a ridable bike or car. Normally, the MS mechanics would be all over this... except I'm not one of those roadie types; I was a gravel 40x700 exception in a sea of road bikes. Mad Duck initially offered to ride out to my location with a new tire, but only had a 43 (too big) or 38 (too small) in stock. They went so far as to recommend other shops in town that may have my tire... all without luck or decent customer service. When I called back, 30 min before close on a Saturday, they dug deep and found a take-off of the exact same tire in stock at a big discount. Clint and Austin made the arrangements and soon enough they arrived after close to my camp site to get me back in business. I offered to help Austin for making the drive out, but he wouldn't have it (awesome customer service). I will recommend this shop to anyone on my experience alone; not to mention the Mad Duck team members I race with on the unpavement (all great folks who represent the shop well) Thank you, thank you, thank you"
