"Return policy is annoying! For some reason regular cashiers cannot accept returns and the manager who is never present at the counter has to do the returns and they will make you wait for as long as the sweet time manager takes!"
"(They need to update their telephone number,) I went to the Puma in Allen for some shoes, but they didn't have my size. The guy at the Puma in Allen located them and they were at the puma in Grapevine, he said it showed they had 3 of them left, but since I was all the way in the allen area, he insisted i call first to confirm they have them, and to not make a blank trip and it was late in the day. I called yesterday and the number is out of service. I called this morning, they opened at 11am i called about 11:30a, samething.... plz update the phone number so people won't make blank trips, Other then that I love Puma!!!"

"Quality of the shoes are very good. I bought this in an offer but it's actual price is higher. I would appreciate the staff for supporting extremely even he is busy with his billing counter. we asked him to check for some size with some models. he has spend more than 15 minutes in a search for the requested item even though there is a huge rush. he is a smart worker and multi tasking. if you have luck you will get the good shoes with good price."
