"THANK YOU JAYLA. After having a terrible experience at foot locker shopping for my kids. We stepped in this kids foot locker. Was automatically greeted from behind the register. We did some shopping and the young lady came from behind the counter to offer help. As more customers came in. She was all over the place helping everyone and still handling the register. After about 20 minutes of shopping, she got everything we needed within minutes! As I was in line to pay I did see another employee come out the back. He was probably helping her look for shoe sizes back there that’s why he wasn’t on the floor. But all together! Amazing service! Will definitely come back to spend more money here! I did ask her for her name before I left so I could make sure she got the credit she deserves. I hope I didn’t spell it wrong."

"It was 2 employees in there when I walked in with my special needs child. They greeted me after I got to they back of the store to look at toddler shoes for my baby. I bought him Nike air vapors for his 6th Birthday online they where too big. I was just going to exchange them but didn’t like the Velcro shoes they had. I go to the counter to do a return the guy in the back asked the girl that was about to assist me something her response: she has an online order she’s awhole customer. He asked the other girl associate to help me her response: I’m with another customer. Then he come out and takes over the transaction. I felt the whole situation was rude and judgmental I bought the shoes had my receipt."
