"Walked in to look at some shoes for my kids. Found a few that they liked and I was looking around for help, one person standing at the door, not greeting anyone but just looking confused. One person behind the register folding cloths. Waited a few minutes and still couldn’t get help. I put everything back that I was planning to purchase and spent my money else where. As we were walking out. 2 employees come out the back laughing as if they were glad everyone was walking out. Time was 5:11pm on 3/14/23."
"I understand why most of your stores are closing. Customer service is terrible. Tried to return shoes that were ordered through the mail. Store employee was rude and didn’t know how to do it, so he told me they had been worn and he couldn’t do it. Won’t be back. (Shoes have never been worn.)"
