"Horrible place, the manager Eric needs to be held accountable. Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged, no one cared to ask if I needed help I had to go out of my way to get help while the employees decided to chit chat for over 10 mins. Never coming to this location again. Store was also filthy and full of dust and dirty shoes. Would give zero stars if could. Do yourself a favor and go to foot locker or anywhere else."
"Store is dirty and shoes are dirty. Each time I needed to try shoes I had to physically go to the cash register and ask the store associate for help. No one on the floor to help, but there were 3 associates behind the register and one at the door for theft I guess. When we got the shoes we wanted they were dirty/stained. When I told the guy, he offered to get us a new pair. Like thanks but why do I have to ask for a clean pair of shoes when they should already be clean especially if I’m spending $170 on them. I literally walked there from Footlocker where the floor staff were helping EVERYONE. The only reason I made the purchase is because I couldn’t find my child’s shoes at any of the other stores otherwise I wouldn’t have even bothered."
"Awesome selection of newer stlye shoes. Also some sweet retro movie clothing from Jaws, Goodfellas, and Scarface. Staff here was great help as well and super friendly. Took time to search the store and back room for inventory in my sizes. Definitely need a Shoe Palace in Des Moines, my first time ever being in one and it was an excellent experience."
