"I stopped in today, April 5th just to look at some Doc Martens but wasn’t even really considering buying any, just wanted to look. However the sales associate (I believe the name was Prince), was SO incredibly friendly and helpful that I ended up walking out with $260 worth of stuff! They were very knowledgeable as well which was great, showed me a Doc Martens shoe care kit and told me how to use everything to take care of them and make them more comfortable. It had to have been one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m so happy with my new boots! Thank you Prince, you’re fantastic. Journeys is lucky to have you."

"Wasn’t very happy with Ricardo, the supposed Manager. On more than one occasion I’ve seen & heard how terrible he treats the younger (18-21 y/o) female employees. A part of me want to speak with this guy personally because one of those employees is my daughter. And the other are friends/associates of hers; and they all have spoken on the issues they have with this guy’s treatment towards them. If this doesn’t get nipped in the bud, I’ll be reaching out to the appropriate contacts to have Ricardo removed from this store."
