"I had an issue with customer service when I first dealt with this company. The VP of the department personally called me and handled it all right away. He went above and beyond to help fix the problem and make sure I was happy with the outcome. I was very impressed with his customer service and willingness to fix the problem. Over all I had a good experience with CTP Travel and would use them again in the future if I needed assistance with traveling!"
"Unfortunately, OSU employee travel is handled by this company. I have had to travel on many occasions and every single time something is wrong with the credit card CTP provided or they never provided the credit card info to the hotel at all. Many hours have been spent trying to resolve their mistakes and its frustrating to know that each time I travel for work I will have to deal with this issue again. I would not recommend this agency to anyone."
