"Since I have been using this Walgreens because of my insurance, I've had nothing but trouble! One of my prescriptions took two days to fill, and was told that it would be ready at 2 pm. I went there after 4 pm, I was asked if I could come back in 30-45 minutes. Today, I got a completely different medication; not the one my doctor had ordered! When I called to see why I had been given the wrong prescription, she said "well, you have taken it before"!!!! Seriously, watch what you get before leaving the store. I don't plan to allow their incompetence to kill me. I will find another pharmacy. Hopefully, it will be one who can read a prescription!"
"Pick up my medicine every month and it's always quick/easy."
"Got the vaccine here on Friday noon. Came in 15 mins before the appointment per the instruction. Greeted by the front desk lady immediately. The pharmacist lady was professional and friendly. Vaccine done exactly on the appointment time."
"They said prescriptions would be ready in 90 minutes. Came back and said another 30 minutes. Prescriptions were not pills and required no counting. Just pull the box off shelf and throw in bag. Worst pharmacy ever been to."
"This pharmacy has shorted me on my sleeping pills 3 times in the last few months. When picking up the third refill I made them count the pills before I paid for them. YES, they tried to cheat me again. Only 26 pills instead of 30. Problem is they won't let you pick up refill until 30 days have passed due to controlled Rx. It has been a nightmare. Went to another pharmacy for last refill with no problem. This week I had a new prescription for a different medicine and they have the wrong doctor listed on it. This is a dangerous situation. I will change pharmacies. BEWARE !"
