One of my prescriptions was over $60, and when she saw the price, she tried different discount cards and lowered it to $40 without any request from me. "I will say the staff is super friendly but I moved to HEB hoping it would be better than CVS and in the end it’s not. I’m told a prescription would be ready at a certain time it’s not. Told I would receive a text when it’s ready. I did not. I have to call on it. And it was a prescription I really needed like that day and was supposedly ready is 30 mins. I waited an hour at the store. Then ended up having to call 4 hours later to be told it was ready. Idk just disappointing"
"So, this is the 2nd time I have tried to get my muscle relaxer medication! Last time, I had 2 prescriptions ready and they only gave me ONE! I am now having to call my doctor and change the pharmacy because this is just not okay! HEB is a great grocery store but the pharmacy is just… blah!"
