"Just got a membership, it’s been 3 days and I’m canceling it asap. I went in store to browse and shop. I bought strawberries which looked good from the top and bottom. I opened them when I got home and they were super MOLDY on the inside. I chatted with Costco thinking I can submit a picture and get a refund like I do when I have issues with orders at SAMS but they told me I have to drive back to the store and return the strawberries. What a waste of time, money and gas! Worst Costco experience."
"Costco has the best hot dog around. Dog and a drink for 1.50. The bread is phenomenal which can be purchased at Costco. I no longer buy anything else. The dogs are available there also. They are tasty."
"Costco is famous shopping place for groceries and household products in USA. The place is always crowded on weekends. So best bet is to go on weekdays early in the morning or closer to their closing times. They have the best return policies for customers and the product quality is always good."
"This is my neighborhood Costco. It gets extremely crowded, especially on weekends, so I try to go during weekday evenings. The gasoline is well priced. There are other great deals like olive oil, flour, and sugar. My favorite part is the food court. The meals are so cheap and portions are great. My husband and I get our prescription glasses here and the prices are unbeatable. If the crowd situation wasn't so bad, I'd come here more often."
"I've been shopping here for the last 5 years and the last year and a half this store has gotten progressively worse... specifically the employees. Their attitudes, politeness, and customer service have gone in the toilet... some of them are aggressively rude. I LOVE Costco but it may be time to abandon the Katy location for Bunker Hill or Sugarland. I have never experienced these issues while shopping there. On top of this they insist on putting samples at nearly every third end cap (pictured) so when people wait for the attendant to finish making whatever they are giving away it inevitably clogs the isles with not only the people waiting for their sample but everyone trapped behind them. It seriously buggers up people's movement throughout the store and God forbid there was an actual emergency, it would definitely cause a safety hazard."
