"My husband and I came here to fill a prescription for cancer. It was a cough medicine and our first time at this pharmacy. The lady at the pick-up window was kind. But she was charging us for the prescription and our doctor informed us that my husbands insurance will cover the full cost - so we asked the lady to verify my husbands insurance again. She called the doctor over, had her look over the insurance, only for Doctor to tell us we had an unauthorized prescription because my husbands doctor wasn’t authorize to prescribe a cough medicine? yet, they were gonna charge us cash for it? after driving away we realize they didn’t return the prescription so my husband walked in to get it back so that we can fill it somewhere else since the doctor was obviously lying and unwilling to fill it. He was told they were going to call his doctor to verify the prescription ?? This was after they said his doctor wasn’t authorized to prescribe it. They wanted to work with us after my husband called them out. We went somewhere else and had our prescription filled and covered. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Wasted our time."

"Nice people, Very poor communication and follow up. I visited the pharmacy for a COVID PCR test. After not receiving the results I called the pharmacy to check and was informed that Fed Ex never picked up the samples. One would think that pharmacy staff would call and let their customers know the situation rather than have them waiting at home 3 days for results that the pharmacy knew would never come."

"They never have my prescription filled on time. Most recently I came in on a Monday to pick up because it "was ready", was told to come back Tuesday at 2. Showed up and then was told to give them another 15 minutes to fill, then another 30 minutes, another 15 minutes, etc. Finally got my prescription 4 hours late. My prescription is time sensitive. Would absolutely not recommend."
