"If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner Mariana refused to send the prescription that the doctor sent to her to another pharmacy in Minnesota she said "I DONT GAIN ANY BUSINESS IN THIS AND WHY SHOULD I, I'M NOT THE MAIL SERVICE" I explained to her that this is not the first time since their system wasn't getting the prescription and that my mom needs her meds, she still refused even after I told her that this a very heartless thing to do. Update: I'm replying to your comment since you blocked me from responding to your comment. first off I did not ask you to violate anything it was your pharmacy that called me about 6 months ago to tell me that y'all are raising the price of mom's medication and your pharmacy tech asked me if I'm ok with y'all sending my moms prescription to this pharmacy in MINNESOTA, so I said yes of course and that is how it's been since then, every time the dr sends the prescription to your pharmacy y'all send it to TRUAX pharmacy. So this was YA'LL FROM THE GET GO. So please don't pull the HIPAA card when it was y'all. 2nd off own up to your words that you said "I'M NOT GAINING ANY BUSINESS FROM SENDING IT TO THE OTHER PHARMACY I'M NOT THE MAIL PERSON" I didn't know this was a personal issue to you. but again very heartless and rude. It does not hurt to be kind."

"As a pharmacist myself, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication. Prescriptions not being ordered as the staff said they would, is not acceptable patient care. They tried to say they ordered the medication but it “didn’t come in” I asked what the reason was, but there was none, “it just didn’t come”. Try to lie to someone who is ignorant, but don’t try it with me."
