"Not sure what was going on, but it wasn't working. Except for the person making the sandwiches; that person was fine. I almost walked out. The music was so loud the person who (finally) took my order couldn't hear me (shouting) my order and I couldn't hear him. That's the first time I've had a bad experience but it was weird enough that here I am."
