"Not only was the lady there today 1/16/24 very very rude the place smelled funky as can be soon as we walked in - major attitude all around especially when i just wanted to add a churro We live close by and spent slot of time and money at this place even tho they get consistent bad reviews - i took pictures while there for 4 different major health infractions I'm sending to the BBB today & local health department - do better or find something else in life you want to do if this isn't it - i don't deserve to have my day ruined cuz your a lazy port mannered worker - even the owner looked scared and annoyed of her"

"They do NOT accept coupons. Didn’t know until the sandwich was already made and felt guilty to pay the extra $4 dollars for it. Hopefully one of the three other locations accept."

"Residents were mailed coupons although the store is not participating in those offers--less affordable than it would have seemed for Subway, but tasty sandwiches, nonetheless."

"I came here twice once there was an older lady working, she was very rude and had no idea what she was doing. I got sick after eating that sub. Thought well give it one more shot went back one day and there was an older man working. I had no issues during that visit. Didn't get sick. I think maybe the lady is doing some cross contamination or not washing hands or something because I only got sick when she made my sandwich. So I changed my rating based on that. But bet if I see her working I will not be going there again."

"Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches and chips. 1 bag of chips was the wrong kind and 1 of the sandwiches was also wrong amd was given a completely different item. I called the restaurant and informed the manager on the phone that part of my order was wrong and was rudely told "what do you want me to do about it?" I asked if my food could be made correctly and was told "I guess" and was abruptly hung up on. My husband drove back to rhe restaurant to receive the corrected items and was given a hard time before the food was fixed. I have never eaten at this particular location before but figured I'd try it out since it is close to home. I will not return due to the lack of professionalism from the manager."
