"What I received was almost completely different than what I ordered. I ordered the venti white chocolate latte with oat milk, caramel drizzle, sweet cream foam with extra caramel drizzle on top.... There was absolutely no Carmel to be found, there was barely anything but straight coffee and barely any sweet cream foam. I got what I ordered the second time around once I complained about it but not without some attitude."

"Consistent, efficient, & quality service at this location; especially, the personal service from the staff as directed by the very on-hands manager (operational consistency not found at other local coffeehouses). I order a double espresso macchiato + every time and they deliver high quality drinks & food, precisely with friendliness (not too much - just right for the time of day) and a comfortable coffeehouse environment..a true benefit for this community."

"The ONLY reason why I'm giving this Starbucks the review I am giving them is because I have already arrived at work and can't go back to let them know of their error. I asked for a large/venti white warm mocha bc its sweeter, and to my dissapointment, I was given less than half a cup of dark mocha coffee with my whipped cream. Below is a picture with some more foam melting away still, I hadn't taken a drink bc I let it cool down for the 15 min drive. Every other time, which has been a good handful, they have been very nice and gotten the order correct (which is typically just 1 coffee). Idk what it is about today but it was sad and I hope nobody gets some coffee and all whipped cream like I did for next time."

From the moment I walked in, J.D. greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. They patiently answered all my questions about the menu and helped me choose the perfect coffee and Sand witch! What stood out most about J.D. was their professionalism. They efficiently handled a busy line of customers with grace, ensuring that everyone received their orders promptly and accurately. It was clear that J.D. takes their role seriously and is dedicated to providing excellent service. Overall, my interaction with J.D. made my Starbucks visit a memorable one. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism are a credit to the Starbucks team, and I look forward to returning for another coffee with their exceptional service in mind.
