"Great management and maintenance! Home/ apartment itself is new / super clean and everything is modernized. Neighborhood is quiet/ calm— secluded away from noise. 1 con may be the area doesn’t get the best phone service so you have to rely a lot on WiFi for calls / texts / etc"

"Usually not one to leave reviews, but my experience at Avendale was amazing! To start off, I wasn’t so sure on what floor plan to look at but Ashley made me feel very comfortable by answering all my questions and not once hesitated to explain each detail or to tour! Everyone has been very friendly and responsive. The homes/amenities are beautiful, and location is great! Very impressed with our experience so far, beyond thankful for Ashley’s help!"

"We have been here almost 2 months and our family is really enjoying the Avendale community. We love our new home and the location is awesome. Our experience has been wonderful and the office staff and maintenance crew are superb. Did I mention, we have wonderful neighbors too! Everyone is very friendly here. "This is my second review of this place and I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is. Apartments are advertised as “high end living” but are honestly very janky and cheaply made. I’ve had light fixtures just fall out from their 10ft ceilings. Ants everywhere that they did nothing about. I purchased my own poison to fix it myself. Also they have smart locks that went out months ago that were never fixed. Windows that don’t lock properly and that aren’t even installed correctly. Aside from that I am being accused of not picking up “pet waste” when I do it every day. They are threatening me with fees and also to take away my “pet privileges”. When I signed my lease I also provided an ESA for both of my animals. I feel like I am being harassed here and I do not feel comfortable in my own home which I spend over +$1700 on. They have not provided me with any proof of waste that I have left behind. I am not the only resident with a dog. I will no longer be taking my dog out within the community. I was made aware of the waste situation today and when I called to say I have been removing my waste I was just met with “this is your first and final warning”. My partner had initially left a review on here but one day on our day off at the pool, one of the leasing agents came out and confronted us about it and pretty much asked us to take it down. Because of all that’s been happening lately my partner removed the post because of the fear of retaliation. I am tired of living in this community. I feel like I am being watched every time I step outside and I also feel like it could even be discrimination at this point. I will be speaking to my lawyer to see what can be done because this is ridiculous. 10 months of living here and I had never heard anything about my dog until now. This is the second lease violation I have received within the same week. My dog is highly trained and he assists me with my day to day activities. Make it make sense.
