"Called to book a stay, was hearing everything as they were very rude and disrespectful, set phone down and talked very badly about who was calling to book and saying if we booked tonight we would be refused, not even booking for tonight, just called to plan ahead, we will go somewhere else, please book elsewhere. Great area of old homes where this grand example resides with best hospitable Victorian Era furnishings that are comfortable with the modern frills we also wanted.
