"Do not stay here. They are crooks. No prorate if you have to leave before the month is up. They charged my debit card 500 dollars for electricity. CROOKS. Had to file charges on them for credit card abuse. Theft"

"I tried to make a reservation online. It said that my credit card would not be charged if the reservation was not approved, which it wasn't. But it also said that I should know if my reservation was approved within 24 hours I didn't hear anything from them in 24 hours was almost 3 days still didn't hear anything so I tried calling them multiple times before the reservation was supposed to go into effect no one ever answered the phone no one ever replied to emails or phone calls."

"We booked this campground sight unseen as most of us do. When we called they said that they just became a KOA campgrounds. We figured we would give it a shot. We pulled in and to our surprise it looked like they just had a war. We did see that they had installed some pull throughs with new gravel and electric posts. How bad could it be. Well the first night was so so. The second night we encountered rain only to get worse as the night went on. When we looked out side the water was arising around us. Or should I say mud. With things not looking so good we did an emergency evacuation. Why you ask ? Had we stayed we would have never been able to navigate the mud bog. With 32k on 6 wheels the sink rate was unthinkable. If your looking for a place to stay keep looking. Oh ! Did I mention amenities ? That’s right there weren’t any. Walmart offers more amenities then these guys."

"Owners are complete trash!!!! You will find that they will come early in the mornings and turn off your water without notice and will never tell you, just turn it off a walk away. They try and fix issues themselves and they are not licensed to do so, and in turn when it fails they come bang on your door and yell at you saying that YOU broke it! SLUMLORDS!!! I have never been sooooo rudely treated in all my life. I hope anybody who comes across this place takes my warning into consideration. PLEASE BEWARE"

"We stayed in our travel trailer here for 3 months. Julia, the office/park manager was a life-saver! At the ladt minute, late on a Saturday she told us to park it and Monday we'd sort it out. After having been ripped off at a "resort" in Austin this was a huge blessing. The park is CLEAN. There is a lawn service who does a great job. We were on an end and loved it! There were no dogs loose. No dogs barking. We moved because it was 45-60 minute commute to hubs office... so now we are half the distance. However, no concrete pads. Dirt and rocks! Julia keeps everything together. Classy, efficient lady."
