"Used to love the place. New owners... Higher rent... Less services. Very few amenities, laundry room and shower house. Laundry room usually has half of the equipment not working. Shower house hasn't been properly cleaned in SEVERAL months! What a shame! The old caretaker passed away, and apparently we're not paying the new caretaker enough ( or perhaps too much!). We are looking for another place. It was a place of long term full timers. It's becoming a place for migrant workers. No offense to them! I've been there. But standards are lost with new owners as far as cleanliness."
