"Terrible place to live. Roaches, raccoons, possums, paying more than what you initially signed your lease for. Run as far as you can. Also the good reviews are from the people in the office."

"I agree I’ve been here for sometime and management is unbearable rude and don’t care. Every time I complained about something in my appt office don’t care and never do anything about it. Roaches come out of my outlets it got to the point where I had to cover them and even come out the cabinets even tho I am always cleaning cause of this reason. My dishwasher doesn’t work properly and management doesn’t care. If I would have known about this issue I would have never moved here and the charges on the rent are ridiculous and they never explain or tell you about these charges. I can’t wait for my contract to finish."

"Moved in to the apartments on 9/2023. They gave me a monthly amount to pay then 3 months later it increased $100 more. Things are old and get damaged all the time. Cars get towed even though the car it’s registered on my contract as a resident. When I asked them about it they said we have to register the car in a different app which they never mentioned about it. Last thing cockroaches all over the place no matter how much you clean."

"Roaches, mold, thin walls, vehicle break ins, rude front office ladies and additional monthly charges are a huge problem here. On top of your rent amount, you’re charged $3.00 for pest control regardless if you use their service or not and even if you do, the roaches continue to be an ongoing issue. You’re also charged $4.00 for your mail box, $7.00 for valet trash, $20.00 for your washer/dryer, $13.00 for a damage waiver program (whatever that is) and $3.00 for them providing you with your monthly statement. And of course there’s the additional $70 for the city water and sewer base charges. All bedrooms and bathrooms are freezing during the winter season due to poor insulation. Hot Summer air comes in through the sides of the front and patio doors due to no weather stripping. All of this causes my electric bill to be double what I paid at my old residence. My boyfriend woke to a busted back window of his truck a few weeks ago and the lady in the front office didn’t seem to care. “Did you file a police report?” was all she asked. I’ve only been here for five months and I regret moving here. I do not recommend this place at all."

"If you don’t mind living like this, then this is the place for you. If you love to live with roaches, come on board. There’s also break ins with the cars that they don’t notify the residents about. There’s raccoons that hang out by the dumpsters, can’t forget about the possums. The new management is unbearable. Ladies in the office got attitude. Also be ready to pay more than what your lease was initially for. I went from paying the same for a couple months then they added an extra $90 on top of my rent. They will do anything to get money out of you because they are greedy."
