"We been here for almost a week .paid in advance.advertized is free wifi, big continental breakfast,cable tv,they had no ice machine the front desk would fight with you to get a roll of tissue paper.no breakfast at all.the wifi only has worked a couple days.and for the last 36 hrs or so no cable tv or telephone.and they told us you don't need phone use your cell phone. Very rude ."
"Rooms in bad shape. Can’t get into room because key cards don’t work. Horrible experience"
"Refrigerator worked, microwave did not. Cracks 3/4 of way around door so flies, gnats and others came into the room. Chair at desk did not roll properly and lever did not lock back of it in place. I leaned back and almost fell to the floor. Management did replace the microwave. They have an outdoor pool that works. Visitors are not allowed to use pool and visitors must be gone by 9 pm. Though they advertise breakfast served, this is not true. Not even coffee available in lobby nor in rooms. The couch was a sleeper sofa. The cushions on it were comfortable the first couple days but then were very thin. The tv is mounted to wall but does not tilt towards the couch so must watch TV in bed. The remote control provided does dot display cable channel menu. All it has is channel and volume up and down and power plus mute."
"It was to loud at night it seems like people rent monthly or weekly who knows but there were kids riding bikes and being loud and rowdy no one was watching them and then dogs barking. Do not recommend if you are tired lol"
"Poor housekeeping. I'll ask for toilet paper and towels and she says "ill be back in 5 min" but never shows up. Trash piles up outside because they don't take it. Kids smoking Marijuana on the stairs, when front desk was to, they said "I know" and didn't do anything about it. The room under mine smelled so bad from the cats. Kept my room clean and and trash picked up but roaches still came in my room from the room under us. Very poor hotel. Less than one star if was possible."
