"BULLET THROUGH MY BEDROOM, LOST DEPOSIT AND DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE It’s been 2 months since I’ve moved out and found out they “lost” my deposit. Obviously, it was paid because they would not give me the keys until done so. They research and try to give excuses and claim maybe I never paid. I am certain I did. They agree finally to credit the deposit as they should because I was not the only Person this happened to. Someone had to be stealing these funds from residents. 2 months later and I have yet to receive my deposit refund. It is difficult to get a hold of management to discuss the matter and when someone does speak to me I am just told it’s been mailed. —it’s mailed from The Woodlands, how has it been a week and I still haven’t received it? I reported my downstairs neighbors for the horrible weed smell that took over my apartment. I have nothing against anyone smoking weed but do it outside where it doesn’t stink up all of my furniture and my kids clothes! Management did nothing. My report wasn’t even responded to. As if this wasn’t bad enough, a few months into the lease, my upstairs neighbor SHOT A GUN into my bedroom then left town and didn’t report it. Luckily my kids and I were not home when it happened but we found the bullet in my room! How is that okay? They did not offer any sort of compensation or consoling and barely even wanted to speak about it. We reported it to the police and the guy claims it was an accident. Management just has them move to their other apartment complex down the street and in doing so upset that upstairs neighbor. They were obnoxiously loud and disrespectful all night while packing. Obviously upset they had to move but should have understood they made the wrong choice in not even trying to make sure they didn’t shoot someone! There is dog crap EVERYWHERE outside because they do not enforce owners picking up after their pets even though there are stations all over the place. It reeks as soon as you walk outside. Couldn’t even enjoy the patio because of how bad it smelled. We did not feel safe or comfortable at all in that complex and management played a huge role in that."

"My wife and I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon to the Gregory Apartments. As we were waiting for someone to get back to the office we looked around and were very impressed with what we saw. We were hoping the apartments were just as nice as what we saw. As we were getting ready to leave, Chris Vandenbergh was done giving a tour to another family. So glad we stayed. He showed us the 2/2 set up. The Garrison and The Hudson were extremely impressive. After discussions on what we liked we decided on The Hudson. The next day I dropped in and spoke with Chris and he showed me The Magnolia in the rain and I fell in love with it. Chris is an amazing young man that listens to what his clients are looking for and does what he can to get them to their home! Thank you Chris! I look forward to living there and making new memories at the Gregory Apartments!"

"The Gregory has been the BEST!!! Our first tour we were welcomed by every single staff in the office and Chris went above and beyond to make sure we got to call this place a home. Anytime we called they made sure to answer any questions and concerns we had and kept us updated throughout our application process. When we got approved we were welcomed with gifts and Chris made sure to drive us to our building and showed us the dog park, the trash nearest to our building for days valet isn’t scheduled for, etc. Anytime we needed anything and went inside the office every single staff has been so welcoming and super helpful. Over all my partner & I just would love to say we are blessed to have found such a great complex with the best staff who has went above and beyond!"
