"New management has been doing a great job renovating!"
"Lived there for nearly 10 years. EVERY ground floor apt. flooded out in 2019 during Tropical Storm Imelda. EVERYONE'S CARS WERE DESTROYED TOO!! Owner gave us 3 days to move out and even hired workers to start tearing out the vacant side of our duplex while we were trying to move. Owner had been told the retention pond was not deep enough but did nothing. Probably still the same.Any maintenance is subpar.. DO NOT RENT THERE!"
