"Moving from out of state I was a little worried about which apartment complex to choose but I am so glad I went with Sire Kingwood! I absolutely love my apartment and the amenities. The apartments are beautiful. The staff is so helpful especially Katherine who helped me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. I am so happy that I decided to go with this place!"
"Just toured this place! Absolutely love it! They have so many amenities that aren’t comparable to any other complex in the area. Almost reminds me of a condo downtown or in midtown without the price tag. These are really affordable luxury apartments. Two cons that I have and these are real minor and won’t stop me from renting here; There isn’t a hot tub and amenities close down at 11pm, aside from the Gym which is 24/7. On the plus side they have quite a few public restrooms. The amenities that absolutely wooed me were as follows; Theater room, trash chute, Business Office, and the reservable private business offices. I work from home so to be able to change scenery and be in an office setting is great for me. Will motivate me to be more productive. If you are looking to live in the KINGWOOD area this is the place to be. Angelle was absolutely amazing with showing me all the amenities and highlighting the perks of the complex. Hopefully, the unit I want is still available when it’s time for me to move in a few months. I’m so glad this place is affordable. I didn’t take any videos or photos because I wanted to take in everything in real time. It looks so much better in person versus online."
