"This place is DISGUSTING, I don’t have anything nice to say about any of the staff. They are extremely racist and don’t have any common sense of respect. Do not live here unless you want everything to go wrong from not getting anything fixed in your apartment to having your car getting broken into and seeing drug deals happen everyday!!! There are roaches everywhere, don’t rent here!! Not safe for anyone, especially kids. HORRIBLE ENVIRONMENT"

"The apartments are really nice. Wonderful place to live. The office employees are really nice especially Leslie who was extremely helpful to us when we were looking at apartments and when moving in."

"I love the people who work in the front office and the head guy in maintenance. However, whoever they contract for bugs is horrible. I was told someone else had an infestation and they were going to spray my apartment too just in case. When she got here she sprayed in the kitchen only for less than 30 seconds and then left. A few weeks later I ended up with bugs. I asked for them to comeback out and when they did from the time my door unlocked and relocked was barely 2 minutes. Not long enough for a whole apartment. Then the power went out in Houston for several days and the problem got worse. I asked them to come back out but no one showed up. This week they were doing an inspection for bugs and I naively thought h things would finally be fixed. Instead I came home tonight with a letter stating the bugs were due clutter and I would have to pay an extra $75 for treatment. The clutter isn’t in the room with the bugs!"

"The apartments are solid but the staff are great! Jessica and Leslie are great at keeping me notified of anything happening in the complex and answering all my questions, and Esteban is very gracious at helping coordinate anything that needs to be done in my apartment with me and giving me plenty of notice! Emilio and Jose do a great job not only with any maintenance issues I’ve had but with keeping the grounds free of the smelly, little, brown packages some people just seem to not care about picking up."

Leslie was very attentive and listened to all of our concerns. She is very friendly and helps make this place feel like a home.
