"I just renewed my lease for a second year. This is a reasonable place to live. However, the pleas to repair the access gate for cars has gone on deaf ears. The owner company should have the budget to replace the gate. This is not a secured gated community. The gate has been broken more than it has been functional in the time I have been here. I only renewed my lease because I don’t want to move again so soon, not because I love it here."

"I have lived in a one bedroom apartment here for more than four years now. My apartment has met my needs and expectations. It has stainless steel appliances and smart devices, like the door lock, lighting and A/C thermostat. The maintenance team always goes above and beyond helping. One of the best things about the community is the amazing office team. Caitlyn, Chaz and Joel are always very personable and welcoming. The property is pet friendly and also has a courtesy officer."

"I live in here almost 4 years and every resident can tell that new management (greystar) is terrible. You can feel regression of apartment complex day by day. They changed all wonderful staff as well. Unfortunately they’ll let down this used to be wonderful community within less than a year if they continue like that. "I am writing about the worst apartment community in Creekside Park, The Woodlands. I could have done with out these things after changing from Dinerstein to Greystar property management. I Was tired of getting treated poorly by this community This community is not what it used to be 5 years ago because: The care for residents is gone leasing office team is no longer caring. Do not call regional manger she will tell you. "Rent is rent" after speaking to Kara to assist with getting out of my leasing for having to relocate for work. Renting to people who don't care ie: posting their apartment's on Air B and B. New residents applying fraudulently and getting accepted Black mold in the apartments mine and a few others Do not Communicate major changes as in a Management take over Complex has had cars stolen, fights, neighbors who are discriminatory to others that aren't in their nationality groups. Don't like homosexuals. ie: myself"
