"What was a nice complex has gone down the hole really fast. They no longer care about your well-being, safety, or property. During my lease, my vehicle was damaged, incorrectly towed because they claim I parked on a reserved spot when I proved I didn’t, and they damaged my personal property in my unit when trying to install “fiber-optic” internet. There has also been vehicle theft per other residents. New management company doesn’t care about the residents, but they’re perfectly content with ignoring your concerns AND increasing your rent. Needless to say I will NOT be renewing my lease here."

"The Millennium Six Pines team are great! They have a genuine, solution oriented approach to management. If there’s ever any maintenance issue, they fix it promptly. The staff are always kind, and considerate. They go out of their way for the residents here. The location is unbeatable! It’s walkable and close to every convenience. The facility has a great gym that overlooks the pool, (& it’s actually always empty!) Perfect space for highly motivated, busy working single student/professionals, who spend a lot of time working & studying."
