"I LOVE living here and my cats do, too - I did come here directly from Lufkin (middle of nowhere, 2 hours North), so my LOVE may be influenced by the stark difference between the two … haha … but I love all the trees (which my cats appreciate - AKA “Cat TV”), the leasing and maintenance staff are super friendly and helpful, parking is all covered and I always have a convenient spot, my guests never have a hard time finding parking - I’m really glad I moved here!"

We loved the apartments and we loved the welcome we received as soon as we walked in the door to ask about a tour. "Update: they are now advertising this unit for over $2,000 - which absolutely blows my mind. DO NOT DO IT. You will seriously regret it. The guy upstairs has become even louder. To anyone looking to rent unit 5115, hopefully you read this first. Do yourself a favor and either pay the extra to live on the top floor or find another place. The guy above me will drive you crazy bumping music at all hours, not to mention you can hear every footstep someone takes above you because the ceiling is so thin. Every day you will hear the mail come because you share a wall with the mailboxes and the mail person slams the doors closed. The front entrance to the building has a door that doesn’t work half the time so people prop the door open and in my case, your packages get stolen. Then when you raise concern to the front office, the leasing professional will say something like “I’m sorry you may suspect this might have happen to you” when clearly someone took my packages. The door to the garage is always broken too and then cars get broken into - at least 3 times since I’ve been here (not my own). Also they will suck you in with a low rent the first year then raise it substantially not to mention, my renewal rate this time around was $100 more than what they’re now advertising online. What kind of company would rather spend the marketing, cleaning and vacancy costs over offering the existing resident a decent rate? This place isn’t worth the money you pay just because it’s by the waterway. There are so many better places nearby which I’ll be moving into. Good luck to the next person."

"We have lived in this complex for one month and we already love it. Everyone we meet here absolutely loves it here too. The location is incredible, we sit on the rooftop and listen to concerts at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell pavilion, we walk to Market Street and HEB, we walk our dog in the park that is adjacent to the complex, which is right on the water way..... amazing. The office staff is incredible and very attentive. Special shout out to MadLynn who has been absolutely amazing and Will who is fabulous and has helped us on several occasions. They are great, and the maintenance staff is amazing and very attentive too. So glad we made this decision."
