The solution is simply to stifle our complaint saying it hasn’t recurred. After talking to the corporate office, they said to leave a review, that it didn’t matter to them. I’m consulting a lawyer."

"After the year from hell I spent living here, paying the final bill, and finally being rid of the nightmare I call The Townhomes at Woodmill Creek- 2 years have passed and I receive a letter from a collection agency in regards to an unpaid $150.00. It was never mentioned, I was never notified, my deposit was returned so clearly there was nothing left outstanding when I moved out, yet here we are. During that time there was a management group change and it clearly fell between the cracks only to be dumped on me 2 years later. The payment portal credentials were also changed during this time. My credit report and I both thank you! To sweeten the deal, my rent was ALWAYS paid on time. It was never late, not even once. I’d think taking that into consideration before sending someone to collections would be fair, however, not with an establishment like this. Examples of my experience include: - parking issues ( little to no parking, other tenants leaving vehicles parked in the same spaces for months without moving- one with a flat tire! Management did nothing, luckily I was able bodied to run distance in rain to get home) other issues were 6 vehicles and renters living in 1 townhome. - I went 2 months with a broken washing machine. ( carrying clothes down 2 flights of stairs, and back up three flights one way to wash clothes for 2 months) - there was mold growing on the exteriors of the air ducts inside of my townhome with an HVAC issue, the garage was moldy and musky! It was supposed to be cleaned upon move in, and never was. After MULTIPLE requests, I ended up purchasing Clorox and hauling buckets of water down to clean it myself. - hair from previous resident stuck in drains, hairspray residue on walls in bathroom (it was not cleaned prior to my move in) - walls were supposed to be touched up prior to my move in date, I show up with moving company to find the patch marks were still left unpainted. - leaking bathtub ( man comes to repair ceiling and leaves a mess behind for me to clean up. Think sheet rock dust and mud on floors and furniture) - These were just some of the highlights. Gate was broken majority of the time, the staff was very rude and could not have cared less about you. Pool was closed for months, I could literally go on. I am not a complainer, was just happy to be done with this place, and yet, here I am. Renters beware!"

"These townhomes are absolutely gorgeous and the property is so well-maintained! The online pictures aren’t able to capture the full beauty of this property, you have to see it in person-and ask for Lauren! My recent experience with the tour, team and the leasing process was phenomenal. Huge shoutout to Lauren, she is just amazing!! Her warm and friendly personality won me over immediately. She is very professional and knowledgeable. It is apparent that she loves what she does because hosting potential residents and showing these townhomes in the extreme heat of the day without hesitation AND with a smile says everything! I an so appreciative that Lauren made this process such a breeze with step-by-step guidelines and follow-up phone calls-I definitely felt supported from start to finish. They know their residents by name and make you feel welcome compared to other properties where the perception is you are a bother. The property is always immaculate, up to date technology, and their resident communication is superb. I highly recommended to consider leasing here. Oh! The maintenance staff is outstanding too!"
