"Front office only lets you know things when it benefits them. First month into staying here my boyfriend and I found out that the real grass was being replaced with fake grass by the men in the back yard ripping up to ground. I called multiple times and sent emails and no one came back to me but they made sure to send me an email about my dogs being unsupervised in the backyard a couple of days later. I was continually harasses about my dogs being in the backyard until one day they let themselves into my apartment without notice to show me the lease I signed underlining where in the lease it says I can’t have my animals unsupervised in the backyard. (Piece of information on lease is very vague so they can interpret it how ever will fit the offices agenda) Other than the front office, the people who live here complain about anything and everything. Dogs bark because someone’s walking their dog by my backyard… COMPLAINT! Someone smoking…. Assumes it’s coming from you…. COMPLAINT!"
"I’ve been a resident here since 12/2021 to present. The manager Kristen is a total snob. She thinks she is better than everyone else and knows it all. She seems like a kid that was picked on in school and now has some kind of power, so she abuses it with the tents that leases here. The leasing and maintenance staff is phenomenal. So recently on January 22, the fourth floor fire sprinkler head broke and cause damages to several apartments including mine. The water leak from the fourth floor to the third floor apartment into my apartment. My apartment the walls and ceilings, damaged the walls in my bedroom, the ceiling in my kitchen area, and the walls in my kitchen area as well. they came. They said they were going to do some repairs. They’ve cut out holes in the wall and ceiling. They put these fans in in my apartment to dry out the walls that are wet. The construction crew that came in here scratch the hell out of my coffee table. They didn’t take accountability for it so it wasn’t them. The cleaning crew that they hired to clean up after the demo, what can I say. It’s like they took a dirty mop and just spread all the dust all over the floors. There is still sheet rock dust everywhere. I live alone so I don’t have small kids to scratch a table. then when I went to spoke to the manager Kristen about what they can do for me since I’m inconvenienced. I have asthma COPD and a heart condition.Kristen said there was three options I can move out or I can move to another unit or I can stay here. When I told her the apartment was not in a livable condition, she told me it was. I asked her if they would move my things into the next unit, she replied that that’s not their responsibility. I asked several times to get the corporate number hesitantly she gave it to me. When I called the corporate office, I spoke to Ricky he said there was nothing they can do and referred me back to Kristen. So I had to call my renters insurance and have them put me up in temporary housing for the time being. Even though this is the fault of BROADSTONE WOODMILL CREEK. And why am I paying full rent when I can’t live here."
"I truly thank God for this place!! From beginning to end it was peaceful and clean. Management was always respectful and have a genuine concern for the residents. My apartment was a tailor made blessing right on time. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. They truly give you all the details you need so you are aware of the beautiful new place you will call home. Honest! Respectful! Friendly!!!!"
