"Updated: 8/18- After speaking with property manager Lori and regional manager Heather: Somehow after providing pictures and proof they stated charges would be removed. However they submitted to creditors a higher amount then what was originally charged. Both parties have become rude and unwilling to do anything further. I was told a revised invoice amount that is only $300 less then the original invoice (I have yet to see an actual invoice). On top of damages they are now claiming that they can not find my notice to vacate. I am constantly getting the run around and every time they add more money on to the total for false charges.——If I could leave zero stars in this review I would. My family and I lived at Augusta Meadows for a year and a half. During that time our car was broken into multiple times, the AC was broken, the water heater leaked everywhere, we had another water leak over the shower in the bathroom, nails everywhere in the parking lot, feces everywhere outside, multiple issues with management and corporate office. List can go on and on. The major being the building we were in, building 10, was infested with multiple types of roaches, and mice. Our immediate neighbors broke the lease to get out of the infestation. Management was repeatedly told about this issue and nothing was done. At some point they refused to keep sending pest control. After all of this we stuck it out and at the end of our lease we submitted a 60 day notice. Cleaned the apartment thoroughly, let me state there was no damage done to the unit pictures were taken to verify cleanliness upon exit, there was not a single item left in the unit, not trash, not furniture, only thing we left was the keys on the counter top. (We had a third key and locked the doors) Three months later I received an invoice for over four thousand dollars. Stating that the unit was dirty, damage was done everywhere, an entire page of charges ranging in prices from $5.00-$600.00 on top of charges for late rent and no thirty day notice fee of over two thousand dollars. I have been unable to get ahold of anyone in the complex that is not extremely rude or puts you on hold and eventually hangs up on you. I have contacted their management company as well. With no results, except a voicemail that I’m sure is not being checked. Please reconsider choosing this complex."

She still continues to check in and this just goes to show there are good people out here that goes beyond management. Thank you Lori again!"
