"Door to room was tricky to open had to get host to properly show me how to open the tricky sticky door. Was somewhat noisy due to late arrivals outside the hotel. Room served its purpose."

"Its ok for the price, i guess. Cleaning could use a little boost, but i understand it happens from time to time. We all have bad days. Not a big fan of the "no visitors" policy, but having lived in this area myself a couple years ago, i understand. Staff are nice enough, it's quiet, without too much noise. A/C works well, as do the appliances. You mind your business, and everyone else minds theirs. Bonus is that it's right downtown Tomball, so just about everything including the corner store, the bar, and the pharmacy are all within walking distance, with a little sprinkle of antique stores as well, which is one of Tomball's best features, and definitely worth perusing through if you have the time."

"Not a very clean or nice place. I went to the store and they changed my key card out. They all of a sudden didn't want pets there after I stayed there for 2 nights. My did and my things were still inside the room as the lady was telling me to leave. It took 15 minutes for me to get her to open the door so that I could get my dog out. Not a cool place. Cops are across the street casing the hotel out. Seedy shady place"

"At first glance the rooms were surprisingly nice but that's why rule of thumb is, never judge a book by it's "cover"... We were in room 210, we found bed bugs on the bed, I took a picture and called the front desk, they refused a refund and moved us to room 207.. Again, initially the room was fine to the eye, we searched the bed, no bugs.. We later tried to use the microwave & to our surprise, roaches were coming from underneath the microwave. Disgusting!!! Not only that, but they left a used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, there were cigarette ashes & hair left on the bathroom counter and lots of hair left in the drain of the shower!! I woke up with bites on my hands and arms! This place is gross!!!"

"This place wasn't to bad to start of with. I do weekly renting and they cleaned the rooms every day so that was nice. After two weeks of living here the hot water stopped working. It's been nearly a whole week later and there's still no hot water. They claim the repair man doesn't show up but refuse to find someone else. They're very unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here for the price."
