"After a long ride I arrived at the front entrance around 11:30pm. The door was locked and the note on the door said to ring the bell. I rang and rang and then started knocking on the door, maybe 17 minutes later someone let me in. There was no water for the guests. I was on the 3rd floor in room 302, the room with the glass windows all fog up that one could not see out. The ice maker on the 3rd floor was broken, I went to the 2nd floor and the outside of that ice maker was filthy, so I went to the first floor and it was broken as well. The faucet in the bathroom was very nice, the shower water volume and shower head were very nice, the towels were nice as well as the bed and sheets. When waiting for an Uber ride at the front door there was no bench to sit down, not fun at all, how come so cheap , there was plenty of room for a bench, also the Wi-Fi signal died on the porch, why not get a Wi-Fi booster so we can see when the Uber rider is coming. the boosters are only $50 or so. The second day I was there a visiting couple in the lobby and was at the concierge asking about ice. I told them I could see an ice machine with ice in it in plain view since the kitchen door was open, they were told not to use it and they closed the kitchen door. The husband of that couple opened the door back up and got some ice. Good for him. The Concierge lady was so visibly and emotionally upset I thought she was going to call the police. She did not apologize for two ice machines being broke but instead was put out for requests for ice. No hospitality here. Limited bar bell weights in gym, maybe 6, a pair of 5lb, 15lb and 25lb, no kettle bells no weight machines. Breakfast, cereal selection and yogurt selection was good. Eggs were fine and sausage patties. No hard boiled eggs. The ladies in the kitchen were super nice. Please move these ladies in the concierge position. Having a hotel is about hospitality. There should be water at the front entrance for tired incoming guests where the the coffee selection is like every other hotel. So there is room for management improvement here. the door should be opened at least until midnight, not locked and the door bells should work. many people visiting there events drive from the dallas area and will come in later in the evening. The Good, nice faucet, shower water, and shower head nice towels clean sheets and comfortable bed nice AC unit The Bad, no iced water with cups for guests only one working ice maker out of three floors The Filthy, ice maker on the second floor. the Inconvenient, No bench to sit on near front entrance while waiting for rides Wi-Fi not reaching the outside front entrance when trying to connect the ugly, The concierge not caring or wanting to find a solution for other visiting couple looking for ice in the lobby and telling kitchen to close kitchen door after everyone can see the icemaker in plain view with ice in the kitchen. the price, $450 for two days, not worth it. it is possible a lower level manager will trash my feedback."

"This hotel saved my family from the heat. Jason-GM, Audrey, Brian- front desk, Shawn-Maintenance are so friendly and made me feel welcomed. Maria, Ophelia- Kitchen they were so kind and very personable. Maria, Rosia, Jessica- Housekeeping, whenever we needed something they were quick to get it. The hotel helped my family in our toughest times. I highly recommend them for your next visit."
