"I have lived in quite a few apartments in my life and this whole experience has to be one of the WORST I have ever experienced. If I could post this without any starts - I would do it. From the beginning of the move in to the move out - so unprofessional. I could list everything from start to finish but it would not matter. Suffice it to say this has been the worst experience that I have ever encountered from the first time I came in to enquire, to the move-in, to the problems I had during the stay, to the move out. When I moved in there were extensive items that hadn't been cleaned, the shower was dirty, appliances were old and uncleaned and the carpet was pulling up at both entries. I am very glad that I took pictures of all these items as they are now trying to charge me for the entire carpet needing to be replaced because I had a pet. My dog is old and did not make this damage. Replacing carpet is typically an apartments responsibility due to normal wear and tare. I received a bill for $1817.06. This, unfortunately, will now become a legal matter. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone from the carelessness of the management to the many encounters I had with safety issues (the security gate always being broken and I had my hubcaps stolen) to general concern of the tenants. I was not going to take the time to do this but I STRONGLY advise you - if you are looking for someplace to live, do not move in here. It is overpriced and underkept. VERY DISASSISFIED!! RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I will not be reachng out to the management team as I have already spoken to my attorney about the WHOLE situation. I believe your remark in your response is unprofessional and unwarranted. They are are not justified in their decisions and it is no wonder to me that this property has a very low occupancy. I have all issues documented and they will be addressed."

"It's been 40 years since living in an apartment and I do like the complex, however the neighbors above me are stomping around from 3 a.m. on nightly and also construction is going on 100 ft from our back door in the morning so it's impossible to get normal sleep and it is testing my patience. Hopefully management will handle the neighbor issue before I do."

"I moved here 2 months ago and have really enjoy enjoyed it! Nicole is always in the front office ready to greet everyone with a big, welcoming smile! My apartment is nice and comfortable, surroundings are quiet, and it feels very safe. I love that I can use the workout room and pool table whenever I want! Maintenance crew is always available, and the property is kept nice and clean! No complaints here!"

"As the end of my year lease approaches, I wanted to leave a review on the Oaks at Northpointe. I have lived in many apartments communities across the country from the east coast to the west coast. The Oaks are one of the best rental experiences I have had. From the very first time I walked in the rental office and was greeted by Graham, the service, welcome, and comfort has been amazing. Graham in the leasing office is simply amazing! The maintenance staff is very professional, friendly, and capable! The grounds are extremely well kept daily. The amenities offered in the clubhouse are great as well. Including the game room that doubles as my night time study room!! Pool and pool deck are a very nice break from a long week. Wish I could stay longer, but RV life is calling me. I definitely recommend Oaks at Northpointe."
