"I am not happy with the pest. I called twice for pest control and it did not help with the issue. I barely cook and a clean freak. I saw two roaches coming from the outlet. I think they’re living inside or between the walls. I have lived at three other apartments with no issues prior to moving here. The crazy thing is that the rent is more expensive here. I’m planning to move in a few months when my lease it over. I should have check out the place before renting here. Or at least read the reviews. It seems to be a recurrent issue with other tenants."

"I have called The Preserve at Spring Creek "home" for over 5 years now! I absolutely love this property. The maintenance crew is fast, efficient and friendly. The front office is staffed by helpful, friendly folks, who will go out of their way to help you. Special shout out to Paige, who I have never seen without a smile on her face, and willingness to assist in any way needed, and to Dylan, who has gone over and beyond to help me out (he helped me locate a gift my mother addressed to the wrong apartment!!). The property itself is beautiful, with fantastic amenities, including not one, but 2 stunning pools in the middle of a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The Preserve at Spring Creek is a wonderful place to live!"

"I've been living at the preserve at spring creek apartments for over 5 years and every day still feels like the first. The entire staff is incredible. Whenever I have needed any help, they have been quick to respond and correct any issues. The location of these apartments are also beyond incredible. Anything ever needed is within walking distance. The preserve at spring creek apartments is the place to be!"

"The place is beautiful yet management is bias. I have lived here for less than a year and I have been harassed and bullied for almost 6 months now. I have been disturbed and even threaten by my neighbor. I have been reaching out to the property manager since June 19,2023 regarding this same neighbor to current day. Not only am I forced to endure disturbances, I have been bullied and harassed by my neighbor, which I reported to security . When security informed the neighbor who reported her this is when things escalated. I have contacted management and they started they needed proof and advised me to purchase a ring camara. I live directly above management and she has witnessed the disturbances as well. November 22, 2023, this younger lady banged on my door with 2 men with her after midnight., one holding his phone to recording who knows what. The cops were called, management and corporate was informed and I am still forced to fulfill my lease agreement regardless of these unsafe circumstances. Management tells me to stay away from the neighbor when I’ve never approached her. This young lady and her 2 grown male guests has always been the aggressor and has been randomly banging on my door and harassing me. I never been late on rent, never been a problem, never been called on and I’m over the age of 50 and no deposit was required so my rental is excellent. The young lady still lives here and matters have not gotten better they have gotten worst. Im not the one to scream racism however if a black woman bangs on a white women’s door with 2 black grown men after midnight, it would ended differently. Someone would’ve gotten evicted. And management has done NOTHING. I have not violated my lease agreement however the neighbor has. I am forced to live in fear and pay rent, be harassed, possible self defense or move out immediately be safe and still fulfill my lease. It appears management may have their favorites. Sounds like discrimination and racism to me!"

"We absolutely LOVE living at The Preserve! The apartments are so classic and homey. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous, and the amenities are wonderful. You have to see the pool area! The staff is kind and always very helpful. We have no complaints! If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend making The Preserve your home!"
