"Beautiful apartment complex and the manager Jose is an absolute delight to work with! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new place. Thank you to Jose, you are truly a life saver!"
"This place is like a beautifully wrapped box filled with disappointment. The property has great potential with its location and apartments, but unfortunately, the management is a major downfall. They seem more interested in maximizing profit than tenant satisfaction. Rent hikes of ~$100/month every renewal are unreasonable, especially in the current market. The staff, particularly Parus, is unhelpful and even dismissive. They won't even adjust the rent if the market rate drops before signing the lease, which cost me ~$60/month in my case. On top of that, their online portal malfunctioned during December, forcing us to pay rent via check without any grace period or late fee waiver. The amenities are also subpar, with a bare-bones gym. The pool equipment is very noisy and sounds either like an industrial grade equipment or a jet engine and always disrupts sleep at night for residents living near it. Cant sleep with your windows open if you live in one of those apartments near the pool equipment. Super super loud! I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable and tenant-friendly living experience."
"This place has a terrible approach to handling complaints or issues after moving in. I was almost delayed in getting my keys, had difficulty reaching anyone on the day of my move, and the apartment was dirty upon arrival. The staff showed no apologies, and I had to redo paperwork because it wasn't in the system. Cleaning was not done as promised which was the whole reason my move in date was pushed back a week. My upstairs neighbors vacuum at 2 am and seem to move furniture EVERY night and always between the late hours of the night. My complaints receive no responses. I misplaced my inventory sheet and asked for another and didn't receive it despite multiple calls, with the person answering the phone being unhelpful and passing it off as another employees responsibility in the office who has yet to give me the sheet or call back. Their answering service is ridiculous as they never seem to have anyone call me back. It seems like they're neglecting my concerns, possibly due to my age. The unit I moved into needs a paint job in places, there are chips in the wall, the water pressure is ridiculous. Consider reconsidering moving here due to poor communication with the leasing office. This morning i’m almost positive the office answered my call and just hung up. TWICE."
"My younger sister moved into this apartment a week ago, and she's feeling incredibly stressed because the leasing office is neglecting their responsibilities. She hasn't received the inventory list, her apartment was dirty upon moving in, and the staff, particularly the middle eastern lady, has been unhelpful. The person who initially reassured her during move-in has also been neglecting her calls. Despite leaving numerous messages, having to clean her own apartment, and being friendly, she's not getting any answers from the leasing office. It seems like they might be treating her unfairly due to her young age. This property in Riverstone is falling short of upholding Riverstone standards, and it's disappointing considering it's not a low-cost, all utilities paid apartment, but rather in a prestigious neighborhood like Riverstone. Their low rating is justified. Additionally, the unit my sister moved into had been vacant for quite some time. Consequently, her upstairs neighbors seem to find it appropriate to vacuum at 2 am. A simple solution would be for the leasing office to send a letter notifying residents that the apartment is now occupied. While it's a civil issue, management could handle it peacefully instead of involving the police. Unfortunately, these individuals are avoiding phone calls, which seems quite childish."
"I first lived in this apartment when my family moved to the United States. I had been interested in this apartment since I was in Japan. I have lived here for 14 months and I am very satisfied. First, Parus and all the staff members are very kind and respond quickly to any issues. The maintenance staff members are also sociable, and I got along with them very well. I think every apartment complex seems busy all the time. Moreover, it seemed that regular tasks such as plant management, window cleaning, and lawn care within the apartment complex were done thoroughly. There are other comments mentioning that the gate often breaks, and I agree with that. Haha. I also made many friends within the apartment complex and they treated me very well. I recommend this apartment. To the leasing center staff who have been kind to me, the very friendly maintenance staff, and the people at the apartment who made me feel like family, thank you all for everything you have done so far."
