"I have been a resident at The Aster for about a year now and my experience has been nothing less than amazing. My apartment was renovated with wood plank flooring, beautiful cabinets, a garden tub, and a washer/dryer that im not sure if was new but it definitely worked like one.The office staff are always onsite and easy to walk right in and talk to about any concerns. They have great communication skills. Maintenance is speedy with request. The pool and recently remodeled gym area are beautiful. The pool stays open from dusk to dawn which is pretty incredible. I feel very safe in this community as the gates are working most times and when it doesn’t it’s fixed with urgency. If I didn’t have to relocate I would most definetly have renewed my lease!"

"I have been a resident here since 2021, and it seems that this location is facing challenges streamlining its operations. Unfortunately, the gym has been closed since the end of October 2022. Although the gym looks ready for use, management has kept it closed due to some unresolved TV or camera issue. Moreover, the pool has been closed since the end of November 2022, and residents are unable to use the grills because of this. If working out or enjoying outdoor cooking is important to you, I would not recommend moving in here. It appears that there is no immediate solution in sight for these issues."

"We lived here in 2022 and while management was super friendly and helpful just beware of the roaches. We had such a horrible infestation at this apartment that we are still dealing with them in our new home. Even a year later I saw one just last night. They hide in electronics, cardboard, and even boxsprings. Now in our new home, we have to have someone come spray once a month to get rid of them. The Arcadian Management ( now the Aster) tried everything they could but I believe it was simply due to the location of the complex. The forest does not help with bugs and other unwanted guests. Please be vigilant. And just know that renters insurance does not cover this. We had to replace everything in our home. The things we did take still had some stowaways."

"Great communication, friendly staff. The property is in a very good and convenient location. Floorplan is spacious, with good closet space and upgrades. The process to apply was fast & smooth. Laura assisted me with the application. Was approved within an hour of submitting my application. Excited to live here, and can't wait for what the future holds for me."

"I moved into the Sugar Land Arcadian apartments a year ago. I am looking to lease again with them. Since moving in, if I had any issues, they were always promptly addressed. The amenities are great! The pool is gorgeous and ALWAYS clean. The maintenance staff are extremely helpful. The parking lot is always clean and tidy. Laura and Katherine in the front office are very knowledgeable and caring about the tenants. Best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I would HIGHLY recommend!"
