"The only problem I encounter living here is how fast people drive in the parking lot. Otherwise, this is a great stop for young families toward buying a home. The office staff are fast to react to any complaints with maintenance or concerns regarding safety. All the staff are incredibly kind and neighbors are normally very polite. Highly recommend. FAIRMONT is a great place."

"We resided in this place for a span of two years, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! Our apartment, located on the third floor, offered a splendid view of the pool, which happened to be one of the most beautiful pools in an apartment complex that I've ever seen. The complex's location in the heart of Sugar Land is remarkable, and the fact that it's gated ensures excellent safety. It's a serene and well-maintained environment. Whenever we needed assistance, the maintenance staff promptly arrived within minutes. The management team is also commendable, as they were highly responsive and helpful. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Christen, who was always on top of her game. If I were to make one suggestion to elevate this complex to an A+ level, it would be to provide covered parking spots since the garages are fully occupied. Additionally, having a designated area for pending packages would be beneficial, as it can be bothersome to visit the office for package pick-ups, especially for someone like me who receives deliveries on a daily basis. To summarize, this complex is undoubtedly the best in Sugar Land, and I wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation."

The location is safe and very conveniently located close to excellent dining options, shopping/entertainment right outside of Houston. The rent is very reasonable and the units are high-end and well maintained. The grounds, pools and buildings are always pristine. The maintenance crew is super quick to respond and always helpful. Christen and all the staff are amazing. In an age when customer service is dying, these ladies are phenomenal. They always go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are happy. Their kindness, professionalism and work ethic will leave a lasting impression. I wish we could've lived here longer. I highly recommend life at The Fairmont."
