"Horrible place to live. Management only cares about collecting rent. They care about themselves and collecting their check after putting in 40 hours. They are clueless, careless and conniving. I left for vacation for a week and I came back and my apartment was riddled with mold. No matter how much I clean and change the filters, the mold keeps coming back. PICTURES ARE WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS AND VIDEOS ARE WORTH A MILLION."
"This apartment complex is the worst the absolute worse I absolutely hate living here I wish I would have just paid attention to all the red flags before I even moved in The approval process took 3 months! The pool has not been open since the day I moved in Management never answers the phone management is rude and awful maintenance never gets done The fitness center is open Monday through Friday during business hours only so I can never use that either I absolutely hate it here Is was recently participating in a rental assistance program which was the only reason the only piece of joy that I had and because the payments were taking too long she just stopped taking payments after 6 months of taking them just because she said that it was taking too long for the payments to come in but I can wait 6 months to have my maintenance done which still isn't done by the way stay away from these apartments what's even more frustrating is no matter how much I express how I feel it doesn't matter nothing will change management does not care about you they only care about the money they don't care about your experience or your peace nothing I also have awful awful upstairs neighbors like they're literally doing gymnastics for their praise team or something like that and management will not acknowledge or address the issue The stomping and banging upstairs is so bad it's literally knocked pictures off my wall I actually have a crack in my ceiling that's how horrible it is and I've sent pictures to the office but they still continue with the noise I've made several complaints to the police and to the office nothing is being done they're up at 4:00 5:00 in the morning practicing flipping jumping cartwheels all of that"
"There is no transparency ithe Waiting list process!!!!! They only have a piece of paper written with names! I applied as soon as they opened the property, my friends applied after me and they got an aprt. They hire a gentle man in the office, the only one that was open to check the list and told me you are number 1 on the list, an African American lady really nice lady, I apologyze because I don't remember the name, she told me I have an aprt for you please bring these documents and come back tomorrow, I go the next day, a different lady told me, you are welcome to fill out these documents, but no aprt is available, that's when I really freeked out! And I confronted her that I have been coming every month to check and I left the office. The manager followed me to the car, she promissed to call me back as she has to double check! She called me and asked me to come back the next morning for 3 bedrooms abailable downstairs, I go as she told me at 10 am, I took half day of work, I find the other lady asking me nicely can you please come tomorrow because I am alone in the office and I am overwelmed with so many things and the aprt anway will be for next 3 to 4 weeks ready u still have time to apply. I go the next day, again missing work, she said we R waitting on the other tenant that will leave to submit a transfer application for the aprt she wants to move in to. She asked me to come back the next day, I explained I can't miss work again, but afternoon I might be able to come after 12 pm. She said yaa come at 1pm! Again I took half day afternoon from work deducted from my salary, I go the office is closed! Staff in training The next day same things I found tenants that told me they always do this to us! Very unprofessional, I never gave any google review, but this time I really felt mistreated!!! Safaa"
"We applied here August 24th and was told it would hear back in 3-7 business days. Since then it has been nothing but lies! After expressing to Gabriella that if we wouldn’t be able to move in by the beginning of September, that I didn’t want to apply as we needed a place asap. She told me we would be able to move in by September 1st and that we had a unit secured. After numerous calls and not getting any answers I had to come up to the office which also was . She told me that she had already submitted the application and we were just waiting to hear back, we’ll turns out she never submitted anything and their system was allegedly down. I was told this information by Maria at the senior community behind provision . Fast forward to the end of September I go up there for an update. Of course the office is closed so I go to the senior community again. Maria says the system just started working the day prior (how ironic) and that she could go to provision and get my application submitted. I give them a week and then follow up again. Gabriella tells me the system just started working that week and that Maria must have “got it mixed up” which makes no sense. She then says it will be yet another week. Fast forward to today, I go up there and we still don’t have an answer. It is October 21st and we have been sleeping in hotels and in my car with my infant because Gabriella l could not be transparent. This has to be worst service I have ever experience. I asked for another point of contact and she denied me the information. I also asked for a detailed email stating what exactly was going on with the system and my application in which she never sent. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere because the management in that office do not care about getting people moved in. If anyone knows a good point of contact to escalate this matter please contact me."
"I moved to this property in February of 2022. Since day one of me and my family looking at the apartments we had our first problem with our downstairs neighbors coming up to us asking to not step too hard because one of them works during the night and sleeps during the day. Sorry, that’s not really my problem! I emailed the office because they were coming up to my apartment and knocking at all hours of the day! We control noise after 10pm! That’s the guideline! Months and months later never received even an acknowledgment from the office. Had to handle this myself with the neighbors because the office never address it with neither of us. Fast forward to recently I had an emergency where my stove stopped working and it being late at night I waited for the morning to call in the emergency service. Waited HOURS for someone to call back. Had to spend my OWN money on breakfast, food AND dinner that next day! When I did receive a call from the maintenance person he was REPRIMANDING ME for not calling Friday during business hours. Well this happened Friday night. Gave me ALL the run about as to why he couldn’t come in that day, even telling me because it was raining. Mind you I’ve never met anyone that has called out from work due to rain. I called the office the next business day to make a complaint, nobody EVER answers the phone and the office doors ARE ALWAYS LOCKED! Even during business hours! I left a message requesting someone returned my phone call and left a brief detail of what I needed and it’s been more than 4 weeks NOBODY has returned my phone call yet. Today, I am calling because since the office is NEVER opened and now we don’t have access to website payments and how to pay online we have to take physical checks or money orders to the office. Since they’re NEVER open I have to push it through under the office door. It’s been almost 10days and the rent money has not come out of my account. I’m trying to get. Ahold of them to see if there was any issues with them making the deposit for the check. HOWEVER, if there was NOBODY has contacted me to let me know or have left any letters at my door. NOBODY ANSWERS THE OFFICE PHONES, and idk what to do to get in contact with someone that can solve ANY of my issues. I wish they were as diligent to deal with their tenants as they seem to make people believe up under these reviews!!!"
