"Don't recommend this hotel at all. Got a call from the guy at the front desk at 10:50 in the morning just saying “time to check out”, that sounded like he was rushing me and mi boyfriend to leave already the hotel, without any curtesy at all and even saying good morning before. It is not what you say, but the way you say it. When we went out to check out at 11:00 and to return the key, he was not even at the front desk and we had to way 10 minutes for him to show up, he was using his cellphone and earphones while approaching to us. We just told him what we didn't like and left."

"Denied our stay because of our service animals. Service animals are not pets, they are registered service animals used for those with disability. Denied my fiance and I our stay due to their, no pets policy. Manager is unaware of Texas laws regarding ADA accommodations. They broke the law tonight. That is fine, I found a place to stay elsewhere. Do not stay here if you have a disability they do not accommodate. Manager needs to read up on Texas laws and not argue out of ignorance. Manger is ignorant."

"THIS IS MOTEL NOT A HOTEL They are trash, rude and have no humility. Room smelled like nothing but smoke my child and I could hardly breath. Room dirty, stains everywhere, Thin covers with holes in them And they got the nerve to be rude and not have any compassion for the people who are spending money with them. My son and I needed somewhere to be and we were waiting and the lady I believe the owner and her husband were rude and very nasty to us due to waiting on a ride to pick up us and they told us we had to leave. Shame on you for not caring for the children and saying you’ll get my child taken away from me cause we were waiting on the stairs for our ride. You’ll reap what you sow!!!! They Need to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!"

"*Lengthy* On the 19th of August, myself and my husband, stayed the night due to ac problems at home. That particular night was awesome! Clean room no noise etc. not to mention my mom (from out of state) recommended this hotel. Mind you it’s like 5 mins away from my home. Very convenient as well. Well we had the ac issues ongoing. So again we checked in on August 21st room (120) to be exact. Well the following morning the technician called letting us know he was in the way so we got up and left. That evening I noticed I left my fast charger ($70). I called and the gentleman did let me know to call back in the morning because the lady who worked would be there. Well that night me and my husband began to break out and itch. So I told my husband hey I need to call and either let them know or warn them of either bed bugs or the cleaning products they are using is causing allergic reactions. Well I called with nothing but good intentions to let them know. Well after speaking with whomever in the front office, she was nothing but RUDE! so as is stated to her I will be calling the BBB and writing this review. If you want to keep your business, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED! Please be aware for the customer service ITS HORRIBLE!"
