"Avoid headaches, pests, and an inexperienced manager (Ms. Gulley). She doesn't answer your questions or solve any problems. My neighbor has a bug infestation, and they didn't do anything. Now, I'm getting them, too! I'm serious. They are not worth the hazle. The apartments have roaches and don't get fixed. There's also drama and break-ins. They even lost my apartment key and never rekeyed my door, even though I wrote a request letter. Do not rent here!! Ms. Adams was very helpful and concerned about my situation. She should be the manager and get a big raise."

"I have never come across such a sinister entity in my life!! The property manager Chiquita is absolutely horrid!! Lie after lie after lie! First off when I went to inquire, her and other staff didn’t even notice me, for lack they were crudely discussing a tenant who had stormed out prior to my entrance. The tall slender lady was rude as well but not like Chiquita. I wouldn’t dare write the things they said about that woman! Finally when I spoke with her she acted as if she had no knowledge of scheduling a tour with me. She legit made me feel crazy until I pulled out my phone to show text, she then covered it and said I’m not sure who I was speaking to when you legit stated her name in text!!! I can’t express how angry I was being lied to in my face about prices and availability, when she saw how frustrated I was she addressed me by first name like we were pals just completely disrespectful! I had to leave or I knew for sure I’d be in jail! She should be fired!!! Immediately!!!! I’m reporting them to bbb or the city something needs to be done. Needless to say I never saw a unit it was a waste of time and she never apologized!!"

"0 STARS 0 STARS 0 STARSSSS!!! Shoutout to the maintenance men Luis & Adam because they have too much on their hands with these raggedy units. I stayed there for 4 years and finally had enough and left. If any appliances break down, they replace them with more raggedy appliances. They are infested with roaches as well. Their currently trying to raise rent prices to market value but the units are still giving "Dallas Life shelter" vibes. Management has went downhill since Norma and shaneeta left and it was renamed "The Jones".Dont be fooled. Lipstick on a pig is all you get coming here. And the new bulldog they got for the front office manager baby chiquita is crass, nonchalant, and confrontational. Avoid this place if you dont want to have to throw your furniture away when you move and have to live in the heat during the summer."

"I have been lied to since day 1 by the manager Chiquita. The unit was not move in ready. Riddled w/black mold and water Leaks along with gnats. The day I was to obtain my key there was no lock on the door. They put a makeshift lock on there and assured me it would be taken care of next business day after the Labor Day holiday weekend. 1st lie. It took nearly 2weeks to get a safe lock on the door. Next up the smell. Chiquita has told me countless times I’d be priority getting into a new unit as the mildew and mold smell knock you out as soon as you walk in, prior to be actually moving my belongings in 9/8/23 I begged for my money back and just leave but she ignored it and literally said “move in a couple months and if you feel it’s a health hazard I’ll make priority to getting a different unit and or letting you out of your lease” neither of which have occurred. She is a class a demon. Beyond a liar. All she does is lie lie lie and lie some more. Aside from the other issues I have encountered and not even lived here 30days she has well been made aware of the water leaking and flooding of this unit anytime it rains. Nothing has been done she just lies more and acts stupid. Please do not move here if you value your health and peace of mind! Look elsewhere."

"I am new to the complex. The property manager is definitely consumer oriented. She helped me to navigate through the move in process. Although when she took over, my stuff should have already been done. She stayed after her hours to make sure I got everything straight to move in that date. I really appreciate Chiquita and I believe that she will be a great asset to this apartment community."
