Extended Stay America - Arlington

"I'm not one to leave reviews but this time I had to. We came to check in and the first room we had (sorry no pics of that one) had gnats flying all over from the moment we walked in, mold in the bathroom, leaking/running water. We immediately went to the front desk. He was nice about it. We got a second room (it's now 10p) basically this is what we get....it's currently 27° outside and no hot water. Room hasn't been vacuumed in weeks, metal shaving and wood chips all over the carpet. Clean sheets, I only know that because there was no bedding when we got in the room. We were suppose to be staying for 5 nights however we are checking out in the morning, this is totally unacceptable."

"The place was dirty and the room had strong odor. I wanted to open the window but the staff did not know how to open the window so I had to sleep with the strong smell. I had to change my bedsheet because it had stains on them and I found a shoe left in one of the cabinets of my room. The toilet was dirty and I asked for cleaning but nobody came to clean. Finally, I asked to change the room because it was dirty but the room next door was the same. I should’ve checked the reviews before confirming the booking…."

"I had a horrible experience. We arrived and they gave us the room and it turned out that it was dirty. I went to get another one and it turns out that the second room was also dirty. I told the attendant that I wasn't wasting my time and that if I didn't give him a clean room he would refund my money. Finally, after an hour, they gave me a room with a pillow when it was for two people, the room smelled very, very bad, we spent a bottle of air freshener and even then the bad smell didn't go away. The bathroom didn't raise water and the shower didn't. hot water came out. My experience was horrible apart from the people being disastrous or unpleasant, including the maids who were many and could not clean the rooms."

"I reserved a room online for 9/23/23. Upon arrival was not allowed to check in and told there were no vacancies. However, I was still charged$71.11 on my credit card. Multiple calls to the property and corporate offices has not corrected the situation. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. “ Beware”"
