Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Arlington/Dallas Area

"This hotel is outdated. There is plaster coming off the walls and the bathroom fixtures are rusty. Feels somewhat like living in an old college dorm from the 80s. The night clerk was friendly and helpful but when we arrived she informed us that there was no housekeeping (REALLY!?!?) so we would have to go to the desk to get fresh towels if we wanted them. We had to leave early from our trip so I called to ask if we could cancel our last night. The clerk answered with “Hullo?” Didn’t give the name of the hotel or anything. He said the cancellation would change our rates for the first three nights because it was based on a four night stay. Basically - not all of the money back. I can’t stress enough- if you can go somewhere else- DO SO!!!"

"I spent 3days in this hotel with my family ,everything look really good at first lovely environment neat room but on my second day I requested for a linens change from housekeeping but was told I have to come get whatever I need at the reception as they don’t have regular housekeeping… my trash wasn’t taken out I have to keep it at the door overnight and there was a leaking roof, and my Air-conditioner was also leaking… free breakfast was awkward it’s bunch of granola bar and cold coffee so pathetic. Aside from that the man at the reception was really nice apologetic and respectful. The pool is cool and clean."

"My father stayed after having surgery and it was horrible. He had gotten sick and then had to wait forever for the man to come downstairs. My father didnt know and he got their couch dirty, then the man came to his room and got onto my dad. WHY IS THUS PLACE STILL OPEN ?? HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!"

"Very small place. Room was clean. Toilet did not flush well. No elevator and all accessible rooms were booked for my gimby self. Smoke detector removed from the room. If u looking for just a clean room, comfortable bed and a so-so restroom, this spot is for u. I was told they have a continental type breakfast."
