"Beds are old and worn out. Phone didn’t work No safe for valuables. Needed a walk in shower because of age. Shower spicket was mounted on back wall, spraying water out and onto floor. No counter space in bathroom Oldie and way past prime."

"We stayed there this past weekend. The location was great and staff was friendly but people were so loud at night up well last 11pm. Had a hard time sleeping the first night because of the noise. Overall not bad."

"We stayed here for the Cotton Bowl December 28 - December 30. Location is perfect for any event happening at ATT Stadium, Global Life Stadium, and Six Flags over Texas. Hotel is located right off the highway next to a mall but the beauty its 6 miles from the stadiums. You can easily avoid the highway and drive through some neighborhood roads to the stadium for a simple stressfree trip. Blue Lot 11 at ATT Stadium was perfect to get in and out of to the back roads. Also being next to a mall and main drag plenty of food and shopping options Staff was friendly , front desk was quick and nice. Appreciate the breakfast attendant as well. Our room was fine - Two queen beds. Only complaint the mattresses need to be replaced for springy and sinking feeling - prefer more firm mattress. I slept fine - Water pressure in the shower was below average. Holiday Inn Express is always a favorite place of mine I enjoy. Comfy room, free breakfast, and nice staff"

"Convenient location. We accidentally booked for the wrong nights, and the staff were very accommodating, helping us fix it without any inconvenience. The rooms are clean and have some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. My only complaints are the construction outside that starts at 7:30 am (which looks like it will be finished in a couple of months), and that our mini fridge stopped working on the second day, which caused all of our food to spoil."

"Our stays at HIE have been hit or miss lately with the chain not living up to the quality it once did. Fortunately this hotel has kept the cleanliness and comfort that we all appreciate. I actually laughed when I laid in the bed and saw how soft and comfortable it was. It seems that other HIE hotels have been using rock hard mattresses. Very thankful for the night we spent at this location. Service was phenomenal with each and ever staff member showing care and enthusiasm about our stay. Thank you!"
